Senior iAM Developer (10-15 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled IAM Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

You will design, develop, and maintain secure IAM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust authentication, authorization, and user management systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop IAM solutions using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and user management features leveraging IAM technologies such as Keycloak, Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for secure communication between components.

- Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and services.

- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other security protocols.

- Manage integration with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.

- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) mechanisms.

- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.

- Perform regular security assessments and IAM audits.

- Work with DevOps teams to integrate IAM solutions into CI/CD pipelines.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IAM-related issues.

- Collaborate with security architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve IAM strategies.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of IAM solutions.

- Maintain thorough documentation for IAM processes and configurations.

- Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on backend development.

- 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) development and implementation.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

- Solid understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).

- Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).

- Experience with identity providers (IdPs) and single sign-on (SSO).

- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
