About the Role :

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle HCM Integration Developer.

The Developer will be responsible for software development, integration, utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, web services, and programming to enhance Oracle HCM solutions.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud modules (HCM Cloud, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management) and other enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Payroll systems).

- Utilize the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to develop and deploy integration flows using MuleSoft connectors, APIs, and other integration components.

- Develop and maintain RESTful web services and APIs for integration purposes.

- Implement data mappings, transformations, and validations within integration flows.

- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data model, and REST APIs.

- Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, and CloudHub.

- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices (REST, SOAP, file-based integrations).

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.

- Experience with SQL, databases, and data warehousing concepts.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for integration solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.

- Document technical specifications, design documents, and test cases.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 3-8 years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise integrations.

- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and its core components.

- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or other HR SaaS applications.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate)
