Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio.

- Design and implement custom integrations to meet specific business requirements.

- Utilize Workday Studio's features and functionalities to build efficient and reliable integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.

- Configure and deploy Core Connectors for standard integrations with other systems.

- Customize Core Connectors to meet specific business needs.

- Manage and monitor Core Connector performance.

- Develop and consume web services (REST and SOAP) for integration with Workday.

- Design and implement custom APIs to extend Workday's integration capabilities.

- Secure and manage APIs using appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Develop custom reports within Workday to support integration needs.

- Create and manage custom fields to capture and utilize data in integrations.

- Participate in Ox 2.0 migration projects, assisting with assessment, development, testing, and deployment.

- Apply knowledge of Ox 2.0 best practices and migration strategies.

- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to understand integration requirements.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of code quality.

- Develop and execute unit and integration tests for integrations.

- Support the deployment and maintenance of integrations.

Required Skills :

- Experience with Workday Studio Development.

- Expertise in building Studio Integrations.

- Proficiency in configuring Core Connector Integrations.

- Strong skills in developing and consuming Web Services and Custom APIs.

- Experience creating Custom Reports and Fields within Workday.

- Knowledge of the Ox 2.0 migration process.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other integration platforms (Dell Boomi, Mulesoft).

- Knowledge of Workday security best practices.

- Workday certifications.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Workday integrations
