SAP Hybris Lead - Java/J2EE (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom extensions and integrations for the SAP Hybris platform.

- Implement business logic and workflows within the Hybris framework.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Lead and mentor a team of Hybris developers.

- Design and architect complex e-commerce solutions using Hybris.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Estimate project timelines and manage development sprints.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and clients to ensure project success.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with SAP Hybris Commerce platform (version 6.x or above).

- Excellent Java/J2EE skills, including Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.

- Experience with Hybris data model, back-end services, and front-end technologies (JSP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and SQL.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with headless commerce and API-first approaches.

- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
