Senior Workday Integration Developer (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Integrations Developer to join our team and contribute to critical integration projects. This is a remote, contract position with the potential for long-term extension.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex integrations between Workday and other systems, such as HRIS, payroll, and financial systems.

- Utilize Workday Studio to create and maintain integrations, including inbound and outbound integrations.

- Develop and customize Workday reports using Report Designer and BIRT.

- Configure and maintain PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday integration technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.

- Strong proficiency in Workday Studio and Report Designer.

- Extensive experience with BIRT report development, including layout design and customization.

- In-depth knowledge of PECI and PICOF integration processes.

- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and web services.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday certifications (advantageous, but not mandatory).

- Experience with other Workday modules, such as HCM, Finance, and Benefits.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (i.e., Python, Groovy).

- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (i.e., Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud)
