Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Workday HCM module configuration and business process setup, along with hands-on experience in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver successful project outcomes while providing production support and subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and set up the Workday HCM module, including business processes, workflows, and data flows.

- Participate in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle : analysis, design, unit testing, system testing, and deployment.

- Provide hands-on production support for the Workday HCM module and related processes.

- Collaborate with various teams and third-party vendors to gather business requirements and translate them into conceptual and detailed design solutions.

- Model, envision, and perform system configurations to meet business needs.

- Deliver subject matter expertise for key business process decisions related to functional areas.

- Contribute to the success of project engagements as an accountable team member.

- Undertake day-to-day tasks as directed by the Project Manager or Team Lead.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise written and oral communication.

- Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to build productive working relationships.

- Utilize MS Office tools effectively to support project activities.

- Work in shifts as required to meet business demands.

Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in Workday HCM module configuration and business process setup.

- Comprehensive experience in all phases of the Workday implementation cycle.

- Strong production support experience with a focus on issue resolution and system optimization.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with MS Office tools.

- Workday certification will be an added advantage.
