Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telemarketing Executive to support audience generation and data entry. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or data entry, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to generate audience engagement for events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Collect, verify, and update customer data in CRM systems accurately.
• Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails to confirm participation.
• Maintain and manage a detailed database of prospects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, responses, and data accuracy.
• Provide feedback on call scripts and customer responses to improve engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy policies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, audience generation, or data entry.
• Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of data entry, CRM tools, and Excel.
