Communication skilll, Conveneincing, Telecalling, Career Counseling, Abroad MBBS Education, Takative, Telemarketing Executive Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about the Institute and its programs.
Answer questions and provide guidance to prospective students regarding Admission requirement fees and program details.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of calls and follow up actions.
Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure that all leads are pursued in timely and effective manner.
Keep accurate and detailed records calls made and results achieved.
Everyday have to make calls and maintain an excel sheet of contacted people.
Out of phone calls made, Telemarketing executive has to ensure that students are positive about the Company programs everyday accordingly refer them to the sales marketing Team.
Explain the programs to potential students and their parents in details.
Desired candidates should have:Minimum Experience of Tele calling, out bound callings in fields of Overseas Education Local or regional education, Sales in Real Estates, Banking and others Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Extensive knowledge about company offered programs.
Excellent communication skills and strong Telephone manner.
Mature attitude, confident with a capability to discuss abroad programs with Clients.
Having friendly personality and a team player.
Proficiency in relevant computer application.
Must be self-motivated, Hungry for a challenge looking to make an immediate impact Requirement:Languages:Kannada English Hindi Experience:Should have Minimum experience in Tele calling.
