Job Description: Channel Sales Executive - IT Hardware (Antivirus/Cyber Security)

Position: Inside Channel account Manager(Field Channel Sales)
Location: Noida / Mumbai / Bangalore / Kolkata / Pune / Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Antivirus / Cyber Security Sales
Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹7 LPA (Based on experience and expertise)
Reports To: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Executive to drive sales through our channel partners within the IT Hardware and Cyber Security (Antivirus) domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, particularly in push product sales, and the ability to build and manage long-term relationships with partners. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, adaptable, and growth-oriented individual who is eager to work with a leading global brand in cybersecurity and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-20 assigned channel partners in the IT Hardware and Cyber Security (Antivirus) domains.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing/new partners to drive mutual business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities.
  • Ensure alignment of partner activities with business objectives and maintain high levels of partner engagement through regular communication and support.

2. Sales Growth and Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Antivirus and Cyber Security solutions through the partner network.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and create demand within the channel to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular partner visits to boost product adoption, enhance sales strategies, and generate leads.

3. Market and Competition Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct competitive mapping to stay ahead of market trends and capitalize on new business opportunities.

4. Daily Reporting and Performance Monitoring:

  • Provide daily sales and activity reports to the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to ensure transparency and performance tracking.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as sales performance, partner satisfaction, and growth.
  • Proactively identify and implement corrective actions to improve sales performance.

5. Training and Support:

  • Educate and train partners on the complete product portfolio, enabling them to effectively promote Antivirus and Cyber Security solutions.
  • Offer ongoing technical and sales support, addressing partner queries and resolving issues swiftly.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and solutions to partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and events to drive awareness and increase product sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Channel Sales, specifically in Antivirus, Cyber Security, or IT Hardware domains.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Antivirus, Cyber Security solutions, and IT Hardware products.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel partnerships, particularly with push products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance.
  • Self-Motivated: Independent worker with a strong drive to meet goals and improve sales performance.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently for partner visits and business development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A hardcore sales mindset with a flexible, adaptable attitudesomeone who can be trained and is eager to run-learn-grow.
  • No baggage, no preconceptions from big brands—open to dynamic and driven individuals.
  • Hardware experience is preferred, as it comes with valuable partner connections.
  • Experience in push product sales is essential, particularly with products that requires a proactive sales approach.
