Trainer- Azure and M365 Security Solutions

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales with a passion for training. The person should have a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem, with expertise in Azure (Fundamental and Intermediate Level) and M365 Security Solutions. This role involves managing training batches, conducting Training Need Assessments (TNA), and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs. Key Responsibilities: • Managing Training Batches: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of training sessions for Azure and M365 Security Solutions. Ensure that all training sessions are conducted efficiently and effectively. • Conduct Training Need Assessments: Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and employees. Analyze the data to determine the most critical training requirements. • Develop Training Materials: Create and update comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources. Ensure that all materials are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies. • Deliver Training Programs: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Utilize various training methods to accommodate different learning styles. • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Implement improvements based on the evaluation results. • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the Microsoft ecosystem, including new features and updates in Azure and M365 Security Solutions. Incorporate these updates into training programs. • Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance the overall training experience. • Mentor and Support: Provide guidance and support to trainees, helping them to achieve their learning objectives. Offer additional resources and assistance as needed. • Sales-Driven Experience: Leverage prior sales experience to understand the needs of sales teams and tailor training programs to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. • Proficiency with Latest Technologies: Utilize the latest technologies, such as ChatGPT and Copilot, in daily work. Use these tools to enhance productivity and improve the quality of training programs. Capabilities and Qualifications • Sales Experience will be highly valued. • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills. • Exposure in conducting remote sales/training sessions/customer meetings in One to One; One to Few or One to Many format (through Microsoft Teams or any other Remote collaboration tool) is a must. • Strong interpersonal skills needs are mandatory. Prior exposure to coaching and counselling will be highly valued. • In-depth knowledge of Azure (Fundamental and Intermediate Level) and M365 Security Solutions. • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Certification in Microsoft Azure and M365 Security Solutions (AZ-900-Must; AZ104 Preferable; AI-900 Preferable; MS-900-Must; SC-900 Preferable). • Prior pre-sales experience is highly valued. • Proficiency with the latest technologies, including ChatGPT and Copilot, is a must. Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills With Minimum 4-5 Years Experience into Training and Worked as a Trainer on Microsoft Products.

Certification in Microsoft Azure and M365 Security Solutions (AZ-900-Must; AZ104 Preferable; AI-900 Preferable; MS-900-Must; SC-900 Preferable). • Prior pre-sales experience is highly valued.
