Deputy General Manager - Account Based Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts, with a specialized focus on B2B marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), hyper-personalized campaigns, and the strategic application of generative AI (GenAI) technologies. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaignsfrom planning and execution to analysis and optimizationwhile driving the team to deliver outstanding results for key B2B clients. You will mentor a team of program managers, senior executives, and content writers, ensuring the delivery of highly targeted and personalized marketing programs that maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Marketing Strategy & ABM Execution:

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies specifically designed for B2B environments. Focus on creating and managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts. Tailor campaigns and messages to engage decision-makers and stakeholders in these accounts, driving deeper business relationships and higher conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing digital marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
