I was associated with Denave at the global level for their Database sale and have worked directly with the leadership team mentioned on their website. - Team Involvement on Global level - Good Work responsibility if you are willing to expand your bandwidth - Interaction with CEO directly - Big team and Big support from teams. My suggestion would be - Do look for the person you are going to work with/under. Manager like Ritu Rastogi or Joy Nandi is not worth working with....Read More

DBMS Senior team - The team that is managing iDBMS division is not worth joining. Denave have multiple options for multiple product and services which is a good thing but do look if you are joining under Ritu rastogi. She is not worth working with.

Hi everyone, I have decided to resign from my current organization due to a toxic work environment and internal politics. The management has been unwilling to align with the expectations they initially set for our team. Additionally, my ex-manager—the one who hired me—left the company, which made things even more challenging. Since I have only been with the company for seven months and currently have no job offers, I am struggling to find new opportunities despite actively applying and attending interviews.
