Job Overview:
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for contacting potential business clients via phone to promote and sell our products and services. This role involves researching target companies, initiating outbound calls, delivering product presentations, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B clients through various sources (online directories, databases, referrals).
  • Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company s products and services, following a script or talking points.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively present and explain the company s products and services to prospective clients over the phone.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and promote relevant solutions.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule appointments or follow-up meetings between prospective clients and the sales team for further discussions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads and interactions using CRM tools, updating the status of leads, and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions, adapting the sales pitch as needed.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the sales manager regarding progress, results, and challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar B2B sales role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales aptitude, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Target Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a telemarketing environment.
  • Organization Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and telemarketing tools to track calls and manage client data.
  • Professionalism: A polite and confident manner when speaking to clients and handling inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B2B Sales Experience: Prior experience in B2B telemarketing or sales, particularly in the IT sector, is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of services, and industry-specific jargon is beneficial.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to manage leads and track communications.
