Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning Business Development:
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to position the Landscaping division as a market leader.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as residential, commercial, and institutional landscaping projects.
Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting architects, builders, real estate developers, and premium property owners.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
Sales Revenue Growth:
Create sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and profit targets.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure a strong focus on client retention and satisfaction.
Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals profitably while adhering to company standards.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Project Management Execution:
Oversee the design, planning, and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to create innovative and visually appealing landscapes tailored to client requirements.
Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Implement efficient project management systems to optimize timelines, budgets, and resources.
Team Leadership Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of landscaping professionals, including designers, project managers, and site staff.
Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, creativity, and teamwork.
Identify skill gaps within the team and organize training programs to enhance professional capabilities.
Financial Operational Management:
Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual budget for the Landscaping division, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Implement operational controls to minimize costs, reduce wastage, and maximize resource utilization.
Track the financial performance of projects and take corrective measures to achieve desired margins.
Innovation Sustainability:
Drive innovation by integrating modern landscaping techniques, materials, and technology into projects.
Promote sustainable landscaping practices and eco-friendly designs to meet environmental standards and client preferences.
Develop value-added services and unique offerings to differentiate the division in the competitive landscape market.
Qualifications Experience:
8-12 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in developing business plans and achieving sales and profit targets in the landscaping industry.
Strong expertise in landscape design, project management, and client relationship management.
