Business Development Head for Entertainments Required skills

- Experience in gaming and entertainment industry like Club House and Game Zone etc.
- Expertise include Publishing, strategic planning, project management, gaming design management, research, contract negotiation, vendor management, team building.
- Conceptualization and in-depth development of the game and design documents.
- Maintain strong communication with the different department leads (producers, creative directors, art directors, technical directors).
- Develop prototypes and explore new game ideas. Research and development, run market studies and propose new game concepts/ideas.
- Source and contact clients, Negotiate the contracts, Establish long term relationships with developers.
- Oversaw programs to select new business sites, purchase the appropriate materials, and hire the appropriate contractors to build new locations for expansion.
- Developed new methods of tracking expenses, controlling the company budget and finding new ways to save money while build new locations for expansions.
- Addressed employe and managerial concerns and implemented corrective actions to promote compliance. Made large-scale financial decisions and supervised company spending to reduce material losses and maximize profits.
- Reviewed financial reports to identify potential issues, cost-saving opportunities and significant departures from the budget. Strong relationship-building and negotiating skills.
- To monitor the maintenance of buildings, facilities, equipment and supplies too to minimize damage, reduce waste and control costs.
- Responsible for maximizing revenues and meeting budgeted EBITDA.
- Preparing and communicating all policies and standard operating procedures to the entire staff.
- Conducting regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local property activities, goals, etc.
- Responsible for ideation and exploring opportunities for business and tie-ups for setting up of family entertainment centers in the South Region. Plan and organize various promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
- Played a significant role in long-term strategic plans toward operational excellence - Developed long-range forecasts and maintained long-range financial plans, developed and implemented organizational strategies and policies.
- Marketing and Sales - Supervising the ad campaigns, Promos and Discounts and Inquiries.
- Risk Management - Identity, quantify and manage exposures with acute market insights to reduce the total cost of risk.
- Customer Service - Acknowledging customer issues, and feedbacks.
- Responsible for defining and executing Annual Marketing Strategy.
- Initiating new projects with the perspective of Business Expansion.
