Key Responsibilities
1.Creative Direction & Strategy:
Define and execute the creative vision for the brand across all platforms, ensuring alignment with Della s luxury image.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, lead generation graphics, email marketing campaigns, website look and feel, and copywriting.
Innovate and execute ideas that strengthen the brand s luxury market positioning.
2.Team Management:
Lead and mentor internal teams, including Graphics, Copywriting, and Lead Generation, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of creative outputs.
Foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and accountability within the team.
3.Brand and Marketing Collateral:
Oversee the design and execution of all marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, presentations, social media creatives, and advertisements.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and aesthetics across all creative outputs.
4.Digital & Web Presence:
Manage the website s look, feel, and user experience to reflect the luxury brand ethos.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure creatives for campaigns, lead generation, and email marketing meet brand standards.
5.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the Chairman, leadership, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling creative strategies.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when required for creative projects
6.Luxury Brand Expertise:
Ensure all creative outputs meet global luxury standards and elevate the brand s appeal to high-end audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
7.Travel Requirements:
Travel to Lonavala 2-3 days per week or as instructed by management to oversee and align creative execution with on-ground requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven experience working with luxury brands is mandatory.
Expertise in graphic design, copywriting, web design, and 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of branding and luxury market dynamics.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
