Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a talented team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative culture.
• Interface with clients both from India and Overseas
• Conceptualize and oversee the development of cutting-edge and compelling creative campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Partner with clients to understand their brand objectives, ensuring creative solutions align with their vision and goals.
• Drive the entire creative process, from ideation and storyboarding to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations to infuse freshness into our campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, digital strategists, and production teams, to ensure seamless execution of creative concepts.

About you:

• Experience profile: 5-7 years in an advertising / digital agency leading a team of creative pros.
• Proven experience as a senior creative lead or in a senior creative role within the advertising/industry. Agency experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital campaigns and creative projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a creative team.
• In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Web, UI/EX experience, Emailers, and Landing page design are a plus.
• Good working understanding of creative tools. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and After Effects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative solutions with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field - Design and Fine Arts; Masters in Design is a plus.
• Proficiency in creative software and tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering impactful digital campaigns.
• A passion for . Candidates from Mumbai are preferred.
