We seek a strategic and imaginative Creative Director with a proven track record in leading artistic projects within the gambling industry specifically on iGaming. Candidate will be responsible for establishing the artistic vision, style, and direction of all future games. Fostering effective collaboration with external teams/studios will be a vitally important function of this role. The ideal candidate should possess:
Experience:-
5+ Years in Relevant Roles: Extensive experience in creative direction, game art, or related roles within the gaming industry.
Industry Success: Demonstrated success in leading artistic teams and projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in game visuals.
Skills & Expertise:-
- Creativity and Vision: Exceptional ability to generate and articulate fresh and innovative ideas that align with the games vision and engage players.
- Passion for Games: Deep understanding and enthusiasm for video games, with an ability to oversee diverse art styles and genres.
- Proficiency in Art Software: Mastery of industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong grasp of art direction tools.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team, and excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and managing feedback.
- Mastery of Visual Principles: Expertise in colour theory, composition, and layout to ensure visually impactful and harmonious designs.
- UI/UX Design: Experience in directing the creation of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance the player experience.
- Animation Knowledge: Understanding of 2D animation principles to guide the creation of dynamic in-game assets.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage projects, timelines, and team collaboration effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Expertise in addressing complex design challenges and finding innovative solutions.

RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Creative Leadership:-
- Visionary Direction: Lead the artistic vision for slot games, ensuring alignment with the overall creative strategy and game objectives.
- Concept Development: Oversee the development of conceptual sketches, mood boards, and prototypes to explore and refine visual directions.
- Proposal Presentation: Prepare and present compelling presentations that communicate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
Artistic Direction:-
- High-Quality Execution :Direct the creation of detailed, high-resolution art assets, ensuring they meet the approved concepts and quality standards.
- Trends and Analysis: Analyse industry trends and competitor games to drive innovation and differentiate our products.
- Animation Support: Guide the preparation of layered files for animation and ensure cohesive integration of animated elements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:-
- Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
Interests & Knowledge:-
- Slot Games: Deep interest and understanding of slot game mechanics and player behaviour.
- Player Experience: Focus on creating visually appealing designs that enhance the overall player experience.
General Skills:-
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing creative teams.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Bachelor/ Masterin Fine Arts, Game Art, Animation or Equivalent.
- Extensive Experience in casino game art, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful and visually striking game releases.
- Proven experience in leading UI/UX design projects for gaming.
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to manage and deliver multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with mobile and online casino game development.
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation techniques.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
- A huge interest and passion for AI is highly desirable.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player preferences in the casino industry.
