We seek an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation and Support expert to join a growing US-based Packaging consulting firm. As it will be a 100% remote job role candidates are expected to be equipped with a functional remote working set-up. As the firm is based at the US, at least a four-hour time overlap with US work timings is expected (from ~8.30 PM to 12.30 AM) on a regular basis. Requirements:
Have at least 3 years of relevant experience working in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Experience with various modules of Dynamics 365 Power Apps is mandatory.
Exposure to e-commerce, logistics and supply chain domains is preferable
Knowledge of Business Central CRM/Hubspot CRM is a big plus.
Work with partner stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, building a solid understanding of the Data Analytics domain
Document, discuss and resolve business, data and reporting issues within the team, with cross functional teams, and with business stakeholders
Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Present written and verbal data analysis findings, to both the project team and business stakeholders
Be self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work
Demonstrated experience in effectively working with multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner
Demonstrated experience in organizing and prioritizing work, meeting deadlines and working independently as well as collaboratively with external CRM service providers is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education Qualification - Bachelor of Science (preferably in Computer and Information Sciences or Business Information Technology) or an Engineering degree in the above areas
Responsibilities:
As part of our organization, your primary role would be to actively aid the team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc.
You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
