Job Description
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee the creation of visual content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Ensure all design projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to create cohesive and effective designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Manage budgets and resources for the design department.
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Experience with web design and UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as VYOND, Camtasia, etc.
- Experience with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
