  • Customer Service executive
  • Key Highlights of the Role:
  • Non-Voice Process (Chat + Upselling)
  • Virtual interviews
  • Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
  • Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (Candidates must be comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts)
  • Leave Policy: No leaves allowed during training period
  • Weekly Offs: No fixed Sunday offs
  • Salary Details:
  • CTC: ₹27,000
  • In-hand Salary: ₹23,000
  • Transportation: Both-side cab facility available (applicable only if within the hiring zone)
  • Location: Gurgaon, sector 19
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and upselling.
  • Candidates should reside within the hiring zone to avail cab facilities.
