The Customer Service Representative for eCommerce process is responsible for communicating and interpreting customers needs, delivering professional, courteous, and quality service before, during, and after customer interaction across various channels, depending on account-specific operations. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all customer-related information.
