We Are Hiring - Teleperformance Lucknow

Position: Customer Support Associate (CSA) - WFO

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Undergrad or Graduates
• Age: 18+

Salary : Upto 15k to 17k CTC

Working Days & Hours:

• 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
• 9.5-hour shifts (1-hour break)

Shift Timings:

• Males: 24/7 rotational shifts
• Females: Day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM)

Interview Mode : Virtual Only

Requirements:

• Fluent English: Excellent spoken skills, no MTI or grammar issues
• Average English: Basic English & Hindi, no major errors

Selection Process:

1. HR & Ops Rounds
2. Versant Test (L3 Hindi & L4 English)
3. Typing Test: 25 WPM, 90% accuracy
