• Handle multiple chats simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while processing requests.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve overall process efficiency.
  
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Proficiency in Chat Processing tools and processes.
  
• 0-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (customer support/technical support).
