Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Process customer requests for products/services, handle complaints, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in an international voice process.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
