Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer requests, provide information, and escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality metrics, and sales conversion rates.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle international calls effectively.
• Proficiency in processing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
