About the Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Canadian Telecom process team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of international voice process experience
• Maximum gap of 3 months in employment no exceptions
• No cash in hand experience
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (US Shifts)
• Excellent English communication skills

Selection Process

• Typing test: 30 WPM/95% accuracy
• Interview rounds: HR, VNA, and Ops
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• For candidates with below 18 months of international experience: up to 5LPA CTC
• For candidates with above 18 months of international experience: up to 5.5 LPA CTC
• Salary will be discussed and validated based on salary slips
• Free cab facilities (within the boundaries as well nodal points)
