Deputy General Manager - Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Serve as the in charge for assigned operations, managing end-to-end CSC services and initiatives.
• Target Achievement: Collaborate closely with the team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Team Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that service operations are conducted efficiently and in alignment with strategic goals.
• Local Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in the local language (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil) to support effective operations and engagement with state stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities and partners.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency within the assigned state.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Management or Engineering (CS, ECE, IT); MBA preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operations, management, or related role, preferably with exposure to multi-state projects or regional management.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil is essential.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven track record of meeting operational targets.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions.

Locations & State Assignments

Initially for 7 to 8 months posting will be in the Head office and after that in the states:

1. Telugu-speaking candidates 2 positions

2. Kannada-speaking candidate 1 position

3. Malayalam-speaking candidate – 1 position

4. Tamil-speaking candidate – 1 position
