Position: Information Security Auditor Senior Manager - Team Lead

Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi

Experience Required: 10-12 years

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager will lead the Information Security Audit Team, ensuring all security audits align with best practices and comply with industry standards. This role requires strategic leadership, audit planning, and the ability to guide teams through complex security assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of comprehensive security audits across the organization.
• Develop and refine audit strategies based on evolving security risks (e.g., cyber threats, compliance changes).
• Lead team members in vulnerability assessments and ensure audits are thorough and actionable.
• Communicate audit findings and remediation strategies effectively to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with regulatory requirements and security trends, ensuring the organization remains compliant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of information security experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications: CISA, CISSP, ISMS or equivalent certifications.
• Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
