What You'll Do
As a Presales Lead, you will:
Customer Support:
- Address product performance issues and manage quality concerns with effective internal responses.
- Integration Products to be resold in India.
- Oversee return processes, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
Revenue Management:
- Coordinate with Area VP and sales operations for forecasting, PO management, pricing, and customer delivery.
- Drive key metrics, including revenue and conversion performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong customer connections through effective campaign management, quoting, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure seamless data accuracy and manage leads with tools like SFDC.
Marketing & Communication:
- Organize local marketing activities, conferences, and events.
- Liaise with marketing and inside sales teams for lead generation.
- Facilitate management communication across stakeholders.
Business Process Management:
- Run data-driven operations by gathering and reporting sales forecasts, WIPs, and ad hoc analytics.
- Drive process efficiencies and ownership for operational excellence.
Who You Are?
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer's or a related field
- Relevant experience in metering domain.
- Masters in Business or related field
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Familiarity with tools for revenue planning, forecasting, and sales management.
- Willingness to travel (0-15%).
- Experience in process improvement and dashboard reporting (e.g., Power BI).
- Knowledge of electrical utility, telecommunications, or energy technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
