Role & responsibilities

• Develop real-time dashboards for continuous monitoring of operational KPIs
• Conduct deep analysis on operational performance and derive actionable insights to help improve the performance
• Assist the planning team in conducting periodic reviews of operational KPIs
• Translate senior management inputs and requests into deep analysis and rich insights

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong data analytics skills ability to create financial models, handle large volumes of data
• Comfort in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and willingness to learn and use new-age tools and programming languages
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to understand the big-picture and business nuances
