Job Description
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Identify improvement areas & gap opportunities.
2.Drive improvement initiative by adopting SIX SIGMA & LEAN methodology.
3. Able to analyze big data using tools like PYTHON & ADVANCED EXCEL.
4. Monitor and communicate project status periodically with all stakeholder.
5. Tracking of productivity of entire plant.
6. Explore, identify, design and develop solution with vendor and Subject matter experts [SMEs] for automation opportunities
7.Work jointly with stake holders to identify pros and cons at an operational level and accordingly arrive at a feasible solution for implementation.
8. Facilitate Periodic project review with Plant project team, plant head and productivity head.
9. Manage a cross-functional team for Skill development.
10.Provide training for developing the skill
