Position Title

Business Manager, Operations Own Brand

Major Deliverables

• Manage operations for New age marketplaces, T2+ channel partners, B2B business ; which involves the following:
• Coordination with Croma Warehousing and Logistics Teams to ensure timely delivery
• Coordination with Croma Service Teams to ensure good customer experience across installations and product breakage
• Timely financial reconciliation of all channels
• Timely order processing for above mentioned channels
• Work with cross functional teams to help design and implement systems for own brand GTM channels to ensure all billing, after sales service and logistics related operations are run within the system ; to ensure smooth scaleup of these channels
• Plan and work with Business Leads across OL Business Streams to explore and leverage new business avenues and projects and smoothen execution over time
• Provide strategic, analytic and business planning support to OL Business streams, assessing market trends and competitors, identifying threats and opportunities, presenting findings, projections and recommended actions
