Associate - Buying Support @ Croma - A TATA Enterprise

Role & responsibilities:

• To look after complete process of article master data maintenance in SAP
• Maintain hygiene of article attributes maintained in SAP
• Thorough checking of data being updated in SAP
• To ensure product details, pricing etc. are accurate and 100% correct
• To highlight to relevant teams for any price mismatches, data discrepancy
• To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for any article/system related concerns
• Coordinate with teams to ensure details are shared as per timelines.
• To check on Gaps/differences
• To Continuously streamline MDM processes
• Keeping track of articles activated in a month, data pending for upload
• To be SPOC for all internal teams for Article related concerns/requests
• To maintain cordial relations with Internal/external departments
• Assist the buying team in MDM related activities

Preferred candidate profile:

• Prior work experience in retail required
• Masters degree in any filed
• Flexible to work in dynamic atmosphere
• Proficiency in advanced excel, PowerPoint
• Thorough knowledge of SAP and its functions related to Buying
• Excellent problem solving and strong data analysis skills
