Sales & Operations Planning Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with 2-3 functions/BUs in preparing bottom-up monthly sales/ margin plans, within top-down defined targets defined by demand planning & financial planning teams
• Ensure all functional & local nuances & inputs are incorporated in the plans
• Identify and highlight key enablers for achieving the plans prepare mitigation plans along with respective stakeholder.
• Help define targets for levers such as pricing, discounts, incentives in order to ensure plan achievement

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical skills ability to create financial models, handle large volumes of data
• Comfort in using Microsoft Excel, and willingness to learn and use new-age tools
• Program management skills with the ability to independently coordinate with respective stakeholders to drive on-ground actions
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to understand the big-picture and business nuances
