Production Control (Planning) - Manager

Role & responsibilities

1.Operations Planning (Long Term): To Define the Operations of the Organization with trend study & demand analysis w.r.t Shop/Parts capacity & achieve the Long-Term Goals of the Organization.

2.Operations Planning (Short Term): To Implement the Operation changes in coordination with all stake holders to meet the Customer demands for achieving the Short Term Goals.

3. Operations Planning (New UPH): To study the seasonal Demand Patterns w.r.t. Shop Operation capacity & propose New UPH for Optimum FG Inventory Maintenance in the Organisation in terms of Cost & Product quality with resource optimization.

4. Operations Planning (Project Activity): To define the spec wise Inventory Level for Stock Building considering the Market Demand & Shop Capacity w.r.t Project timeline & involve all stake holders (Sales/ MMT/ PC/ Shop/ ME )

5. Management Reports: To prepare Management reports for providing insights on P/Train Operations w.r.t Short & Long-Term Goals based on Trend & Risk analysis study

Ample knowledge in Production and good analytical skills
