Croma - Internal Audit Manager - B2C - CA (5-10 yrs)

- CA with minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk management, Data analytics

- CIA/CISA certification will be an added advantage

- Retail / Ecommerce (B2C) industry knowledge. Candidates worked in a Big4 or specialized Internal audit firm can also apply

- Should have worked in Retail environment on areas of Revenue Leakage management / Profit enhancement

- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, analytical tools viz. PowerBI, Point of Sale (PoS), ERP system

- Hands on experience in both conducting Internal audits & also reviewing work done by outsourced Internal audit firm

- Candidate would be a self-contributor and also will manage a team of at least 5-6 members

- Candidate having experience in working on Enterprise Risk management would be preferred
