• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  
• Conduct headhunting exercises to identify key skills required by the company's leadership team.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
