Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring process, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Analyze metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in Campus Hiring or Talent Acquisition role in NBFC industry.
  
• Strong understanding of financial services sector (NBFC) mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end hiring campaigns with high volume of applications.

• Basic knowledge on NBFC - Vehicle and MSME Loans
