Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract)

Job Summary:

The Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring effective hiring and fostering strong relationships with candidates, and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, data-driven approach, leveraging technology and market insights to attract top talent while adhering to high ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Attraction: Identify and engage candidates using platforms like Phenom, LinkedIn, and referrals. Build talent pipelines and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
• Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and handle recruitment documentation (contracts, offer letters).
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on trends, salary benchmarks, and job market changes. Provide insights to inform hiring strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Process & Technology: Use tools like Workday and Phenom to streamline recruitment. Create campaigns, analyze data, and improve workflows for efficiency.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights from hiring data to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and drive informed decisions.
• Communication & Ethics: Clearly articulate ideas, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
