Manager Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Establish a strong rapport with stakeholders to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints.
  
• Applying creative candidate sourcing techniques and channels to generate talent pipelines including networking, headhunting and social media. Using job portals and their associated resume database, Boolean Search and Web Sourcing skills. Organizing and conducting Campus Hiring.
  
• Managing the entire talent acquisition life cycle spanning from sourcing of candidates to selection, offer and onboarding process.
  
• Analytics: Responsible for Management Reports, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate have done MBA with minimum 04 years of experience.

• Should have strong inclination in Talent Acquisition and have hands of experience in handling all levels of hiring including leadership.

• Should be proactive to take on tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Job location is Panchkula.

• This is an individual contibutory role.
