Talent Acquisition Manager

Minimum Experience

• 10 Years + in Staffing Recruitment Company only who has done bulk hiring.

Salary (take home)

• Rs 50,000 to Rs 75,000 per month (negotiable, depending upon experience)

Job Description

• Manage team of 3 recruiters and select candidates shortlisted by recruiters.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Fostering long-term relationships and building a network of past applicants and potential candidates

• Should have done Bulk hiring/Sales hiring/Customer Support hiring.

• Good command over sourcing tools like - Naukri.com & LinkedIn etc.

• Acting as a SPOC for various inter departmental coordination

• Expert in sourcing, screening and lining up the candidates as needed

• Expert in manpower planning, formalizing recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a recruitment agency or in-house HR department.

• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, telephonic interviewing, reference check etc).
