PreQuote Assistant !

We are in the process of building an innovative tool called the PreQuote Assistant that will help our Sales team generate quotes with various pricing options. To bring this vision to life, we need an experienced professional who understands the quoting process and can collaborate with our stakeholders to develop a comprehensive BRD (Business Requirements Document) and Functional Specification for the tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview stakeholders to understand the quoting process and identify requirements for the PreQuote Assistant tool.
Develop a detailed BRD and Functional Specification for the tool, ensuring it aligns with the needs of the Sales team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the requirements are well understood and documented.

We're Looking For Someone With:

Strong understanding of the quoting process in sales.
Proven experience in creating BRDs and Functional Specifications for software tools.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
