Area Sales Manager - FMCG/Personal Care (2-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets.

- Develop and execute monthly sales plans, considering inventory forecasts and shelf-life constraints.

- Manage General Trade and Modern Trade distribution channels.

- Conduct market analysis, track competition, and implement counter-strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to maximize performance.

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

- 2+ years of FMCG sales experience, with exposure to rural, general, and modern trade.

- Strong geographical knowledge and multilingual communication skills.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
