SAP Consultant - S4 HANA (4-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Be a part of the Intelligent Functions team, supporting Platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.

- Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, bringing subject matter expertise and strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.

- Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support end-to-end solutions for request for proposal (RFP) requests.

- Engage with clients to understand requirements, scope solutions, explain business benefits, and develop roadmaps to meet their goals.

- Create innovative solution designs leveraging our extensive service offerings.

- Support business development activities, working with sales teams on proposal generation, shaping solution plans, and delivery approaches for SAP transformations.

- Be responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions, including SAP, and create proof of concepts as required.

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.

- 4-8 years of SAP S4 HANA experience in MM/SD/PP/QM/eWM/IBP/IS-Retail working on SAP delivery engagements.

- Experience working on 1-2 large-scale transformation and implementation delivery programs for global clients.

- Must have worked as an end-to-end SAP Solution / Functional Architect for at least 4-5 RFP requests.

- Experience in retail verticals is highly desirable.

- Proven success in client-facing roles for 1-2 engagements.

- Strong problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and effective communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
