Functional Consultant - SAP EC (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of modules to meet client-specific HR requirements.

- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, global standards, and local compliance regulations.

Client Collaboration:

- Partner with clients to gather and analyze HR business requirements through workshops and discussions.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and SAP configuration settings.

System Integration:

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Employee Central with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

- Support middleware tools like SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar for integration setups.

Testing & Validation:

- Develop and execute detailed test plans for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, ensuring resolution within project timelines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.

- Team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
