About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented MS Dynamics CRM Technical to join our team in Indore.

You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of CRM projects.

You will provide technical leadership, guide the development team, and ensure the implementation of robust and effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of MS Dynamics CRM solutions.

- Guide and mentor junior developers on best practices and technical challenges.

- Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

- Deep expertise in MS Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.

- Hands-on experience with CRM development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards.

- Manage technical aspects of CRM projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve technical roadblocks.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in CRM and related fields.

- Explore and implement innovative solutions to improve CRM functionality and user experience.

Qualifications :

Experience : 3+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM implementation and support.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.

- Experience with CRM integrations with other systems.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications : Relevant certifications in MS Dynamics CRM are a plus (e., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Specialist)
