Test Data Lead - TDM Tools (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

As a Test Data Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire test data management lifecycle for complex enterprise applications. You will work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive TDM strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify TDM requirements and define the scope of work.

- Plan and execute TDM projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Implement and configure TDM tools (IBM Optim, CA TDM, Delphix) to meet specific project needs.

- Develop and execute data subsetting strategies to reduce data volumes.

- Implement test data virtualization solutions to isolate test environments.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.

- Lead and mentor a team of TDM engineers.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Proficient in End-to-End TDM implementation for any enterprise

- Hands on Experience on any commercial TDM tool - IBM Optim, CA TDM , Delphix etc.

- Implementation experience using SQL, API and Javelin

- Must have strong experience in TDM concepts and in-depth knowledge of TDM implementations.

- Capable to manage and deliver TDM assessment, TDM strategy and TDM planning.

- Exhaustive working knowledge on Test Data Sub-setting, Masking and synthetic data creation.

- Implementation experience on Test data virtualization.

- Should be aware about Agile and DevOps concepts

- Should have an Experience in deploying code to Test environments using Unix, Gitlab

- Strong analysis skills using the tools to find RCA (Root Cause)

- Deep understanding of TDM all activities - workflow ,Sub-setting , Gold copy , Masking etc.

- Experience working in a Linux environment (some shell scripting knowledge, navigating file systems, list and edit files, etc.)

- Strong communication and written skills needed to collaborate with cross-functional groups.

- Telecom/services Domain Knowledge.

- Work Experience on JIRA and any Automation tools
