CCAI Developer - Conversational AI (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

As a CCAI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly chatbots and virtual assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop intent-based dialog flows.

- Integrate Dialogflow with other systems and APIs.

- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality of chatbot interactions.

- Identify and resolve issues related to intent recognition, entity extraction, and response generation.

- Develop custom integrations and backend services using Python.

- Implement data processing and analysis tasks.

- Design and implement user-friendly and engaging chatbot experiences.

- Consider user experience factors like clarity, conciseness, and personalization.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong understanding of Dialogflow and its components.

- Proficiency in Python programming language.

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.

- Knowledge of conversational AI principles and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other conversational AI platforms (e.g, , Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
