Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant - F&O Module (2-3 yrs)

Job Description :

- Functional Support : Provide functional support for D365F&O modules, including finance, supply chain, HR, and others.

- Issue Resolution : Diagnose and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- System Configuration : Assist with the configuration and customization of D365F&O to meet client requirements.

- User Training : Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using D365F&O functionalities.

- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, resolutions, and best practices.

- Collaboration : Work closely with users, technical consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of D365F&O.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest features and updates in D365F&O and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Additional D365 F&O Certification.

- Experience : Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.

- Functional Skills : Strong understanding of D365F&O modules, including finance, supply chain, and HR.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts to non-technical users.

- Customer Service : Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support
